TRINITY PARTNERS AG is a Liechtenstein based independent alternative investment fund management company (AIFM), licensed and supervised by the Financial Market Authority (FMA) of the Principality of Liechtenstein.
We specialize in professional fund management services of private equity and real estate strategies. Our solutions smoothly complement the services of trustees, family offices, asset managers and law firms when preparing wealth and succession plans or structuring asset protection for their clients.
In our fund solutions we onboard projects and companies from various industries no matter if they are affected by generational shift, distressed situations, turnaround, or other phases of development. We provide fund setup and fund management services, investment risk and investment compliance, asset management as well as investment supervision and fund reporting.
Through our Legacy investment fund umbrella structure, we also offer investment opportunities in our own exclusively managed portfolio of private equity and real estate projects and companies.
